he won't touch food/water when we are moving. i'm concerned after we walk in the heat he won't use the rack at all. i know he's thirsty. i have to take it out and place it on the ground. they he drinks normally. i wasn't sure if everyone had the same problem. the thing is a good concept , but maybe not practical for small dogs.
