My friend was in a similiar situtation. Her 7 lbs Yorkie was pregnant with a 35 - 40 lb Sheltie. She was about 40 days along and they could see that there was only one puppy and way to big for her so they took the baby and had her spayed. As sad as it was, it was a good thing they did because the x-rays were too early and the puppy was even bigger than they estimated. I would have your vet check her out as soon as possible.
