I am pretty much behind it. I know it is a somewhat of a heated topic, but I think there are too many unwanted babies in shelters. This is a very practical way to significantly help lower those huge numbers. The amount of dogs that are euthanized every day because there aren't enough people or homes breaks my heart. |
