I agree with Megan about the water in the syringe. Don't hesitate to take her to the Vet. again or if you can't get in touch with them, try the emergency vet if nessesary. When my pets get sick whether it's a puppy or an adult dog or a cat, I make sure I get something in them. I know you are not supposed to give table food but I do whatever it takes when they're sick. Whether it's warm water in their dry food, cut up chicken breasts, ground round and rice, Human baby cereal and/or baby meat. or back to puppy or kitty formula. Yep! whatever it takes, I learned that from a wise old Vet.
Unless they've ingested something they shouldn't have. Now that is a whole other story.
