There is no reason why you should not leave dry food out all day. Unless your yorkie is fat, then it most definately will not hurt to free feed all day by leaving food always out.
As far as I know, chicken and rice and not bad for yorkies. I feed Hobbs boiled chicken from time to time and he loves it. However, I don't feed it to him everyday.
The best thing for dogs to eat is high quality dog food...it has the nutritional balance that dogs need. From time to time you could give him human food, like chicken and rice, as a treat. |
