My boy Bear starting marking in our house at when he was about 6 months old. Daisy is spade and our house is brand new... so no other doggy scents anywhere.

He was not neutered due to being to thin and having the possibility of kidney problems. His health is doing great and has now almost gained enough weight to be able to be nuetered. I'll keep you updated after about his marking.
