i saw the cutest yorkie-chi mix the other day. I think as long as the health of a dog is not compromised it is not a bad thing. After all many pure breeds today are the result of mixing other breeds together. I had a lab-shep mix when I was younger that was just the best. I purchased him for 200.00 because at the time I could not afford a purebred shepherd. so imo as long as a breeder does not compromise a dogs health i see nothing wrong.
