I used to do that years ago for a chihuahua we had, but she still hated that and would end up standing on three feet, because her feet got soooo cold! My little Muffin (yorkie) liked to play in it, but she wouldn't go potty in it. Thank goodness for that garage and pee pads! Kacee hates wet grass, too. She walks out the back door and checks out the grass and if it's wet, she'll walk back to the garage door and ask to go on her pads in there!
