They did call the police and they did come. They told them to call the DOH to report it, but that's gone nowhere. 311 just gave us the number for the DOH dog bite dept. and they didn't care either
We're currently trying to contact a friend of a friend at the ASPCA for help. It's so frustrating. It's bad enough that our little bean is gone, but those monsters are free to kill again, and no one cares...
