I need some help and didn't know where else to look. My best friend's baby, a 2 year old Yorkie, was attacked by 2 bulldogs in her apartment building yesterday. Sad to say he didn't make it
Even worse, everyone we've tried to report it to doesn't care. We're in NYC and we're talked to the police, the ASPCA, and the department of health. We don't know where else to turn. These dogs should be declared "dangerous dogs" so they don't hurt other innocent dogs or people! Please, if anyone has any ideas, they would be much appreciated...
