Should I give him a potty area inside his crate? Or see if he can hold it until we get home to let him out? Your suggestions are greatly appreciated!! I'm starting to feel huge guilt pangs!
This will be my situation too when i get my yorkie baby. I'm going to be home with her for two weeks then go back to work. Luckily i work close enough so that i can go home at lunch to feed her and take her out. But in the mornings she'll be alone for 4 1/2 hours and in the afternoon she'll be alone for 4 hours. I don't want to leave her a pee pad in the ex-pen because i don't want her thinking she can go potty in the house when mommys not home. I was her to go strictly outside. Do you think she'll be able to do it? I'm would love to hear from other people who have this situation as well and if its worked for them.
