I think it's like when you're a kid, and you say you're 13 and a 1/2, or 13 and 3/4. I'e never heard of anyone actually saying they're 48 and a 1/2
! After a certain age (like about 6 months), the weeks turn into months and the months turn into years. The next thing you know, is you're wearing purple dresses and a red hat!!!
