Seems like she should be fine, she might be asleep from the big suprise and she probably stressed if she was yelping for 5 minutes.
I agree to wait until tomorrow and take her to your normal vet. However if you have a deep gut feeling that something's up, take her to the emergency vet, or maybe just your regular vet.
