Thank you all for lots of helpful advice. Mia is doing much better. We gave her more nutrical and hand-fed her a bit more. She is a ball of energy again and she eats and drinks on her own. The can of EVO is more than half gone and she had some dry food too.
I will continue to watch her closely, and no more outdoors for a while. I am thinking of having a little talk with the receptionist at the vet about the size and needs of Yorkies, and her attitude of course. She has been weird before, when I had to call about the death of my cat. Our vet is pretty cool though, so we'll see.
