This is why there would be an arguement over the donations made by our members via Paypal directly to YT. The message from Admin stated this:

What this says is that YT will reedem the benefits of the tax deduction for each person that donated money to UYR via PAYPAL to YT.
I don't want to start a debate here but I don't think that is fair. Many people, including myself, for tax reasons must donate so much money each year to different 501c3 corporations in order for a hefty tax write off due to the tax brackets we are in.
I also understand that there are people out there too that will donate just because and could care less about the tax deduction but I don't think it is fair for someone else, wheather it be a person or a forum or company take a tax credit when it doesn't belong to them. Actually, I beleive, if I remember correctly that it would be considered tax fraund but I will look into that further to get the accurate wording on the RCW.
