Cry

hey thanks guys! you are wonderful!!

to answer yourquestions:

the mugging happened a week ago. he hasnt been the same since, the change has be "dramatic" he went from walking fine in the streets to me having to pick him up ever 3 feet because he curl into himself and wont walk.

on saturday we took him to a cook out at a friends house and saw a bit of improvement because he was with people that were nice to him and there were no car or city noises (this was in the country) and he even got to swim a bit in the pool, but then we got back home and is back to being very sad.

i only started him on the valium yesterday after the vet saw him (even the vet said the change in him is quite dramatic, he shakes a lot and constantly (even when he has seen this vet 3 times already) and has lost some weight. the vet gave me herbal types, not drugs because he said he didnt wanted to put agapito on heavy medication which will only make him sleepy. i know i am freaking out, and the medication will work in a few days i suppose, but is breaking my heart.

i dont mind if hubby is his favorite, but i do have to admit his behavior is a lot different when hubby is around (he seems happier, i think is because i am the one who takes him out more and because he hates it, he associates me with it, i cant even get a leash near him, that he goes hyding... he has been hiding in the closet a lot ever since the incident.

i dont want to go on an on boring you, but i am concerned for him, he means so much to me, and i feel so guilty this all happened to him, to make a long story short:

remember how i said my cat and him hated each other? well, right now he is too sad to even chase her or make trouble, he just passes her by and keeps walking....
