So I called and said no way, I pay all my bills on time. I pay them all the first week of the month.
Well it seems my BILLING PERIOD ends on the 5th 
But I paid my bills on the 4th, so that payment went to April
And I did not get credit for May, Nope, I got a late fee!!!!!!
I told them how could that be, you can charge me for being early!!!!
That's a stupid rule!!!!! I told them take off the late fee, or my card is going in my shredder. The nerve of some people!  |
Are they taking the fee off? If not call and ask to talk to her supervisor, raise a big stink, they'll take it off, they would rather right off the 29. than loose you as a customer , believe me,,and we will attest to your SHOPPING!
