We have pergo floors in the living room. I agree they are very easy to keep clean. Sissy has never gone potty on the pergo floor. She will however go poop occasionally on the throw rugs. But, being throw rugs, they are machine washable. Wall to wall carpeting, on the other hand, has to be professionally cleaned and you get left with the mildew smell - YUK!
