Perhaps I'm a little bit more paranoid, but since Sissy got dehydrated very quickly with diarhea and since your baby gots lots of treats yesterday and then vomited, it is possible she became sick from something she ate.
How do her gums appear? Are they light pink and tacky to the touch? If so, she is in dehydration and needs to be seen. Lethargy that lasts this long would be cause for alarm for me. When in doubt, I'll opt for the vet bill.
