I got Cali at that age and she wen thypogycemic 3 times on me. 2 times she had to be Iv'd for the day. If you see no improvement with the Nutrical real soon I would get her to a new vet or complain to the vet about the receptionist attitude. These little babies can go down so fast. I never hesitate to take her in and my vet and all the receptionists have always fit me in because they know you can't fool around with a tiny puppy. Please keep us updated. But also just my opinion, she is too young and new to your home to be taking her out a lot and getting a lot of treats. They are like newborns. I hope she perks up soon.
