No, I have to respect his wishes. I have MS and hubby really gets the brunt of everything. He works full time, runs the kids, cooks, cleans, laundry, shops...and he very rarely says no to anything I want. But he is the one who walks the dogs, feeds the dogs, cleans up after the dogs (and the 2 cats). So, when he tells me one more would put him over the edge I beleive him.
We can not get Tucker potty trained, thinking about starting a thread about it , and last night he said if we could housebreak Tucker he might consider it. Our fence is finally coming this week (what is it with those guys, we've been through 3 who make appointments and disappear). Once that is in I can take Tucker out and I know I'll get him trained. I really would prefer to rescue an adult (who is housebroken) so it would take a while to find one anyway. If I tried to bring home another puppy we would both go over the edge!
That would be great to rescue one.
The fence will really help Tucker.
Housebreaking is the worst part of
having a puppy, but when they learn it
it's all fun from there.
