Topher rode in the kennel for quite some time until I got concerned that he would bounce around inside the thing if ever we were in an accident. Plus it wasn't easy to get him in and out of it if we stopped for a piddle.
I've been in enough fender benders in my life to know that it doesn't take much of an impact for a little dog to go flying in a vehicle. It's worth it to spend the few dollars to keep him safe.  |
I have a car seat just like this. I love it. She is harnessed to the seat but with enough movement to allow Roxie to lie down if she wants to. I purchased mine at PetSmart for $45.00. I also put a little lambswool mat in it for softness. Oh no, she is not spoiled in any way. Hehehe
