 My yorkie would cough & hack when excited
My 8 year old yorkie always started coughing when trying to play with my chihuahua or when we tried to play with a toy with him. My vet never could find anything physically wrong with him. I think it just got to be a habit. My husband could even get him to do it by hacking himself (he thought it was so funny). It definitely was not his harness as he only wore that on walks. |
