My mom has told me about this. She heard it from someone that has had their dog debarked. Is that the way the vets do it. I think its cruel because no matter how stubborn Toto is when it comes to barking i wouldn't do that to him because how am i suppose to know if someone breaks in or if he's hurt. What Channel is that coming on tonight?
