Most of Topher's fell out naturally (lots of chewy/hard treats) but a couple stayed in and wouldn't budge. They were removed when he was neutered at just over 6 months of age. (He's 8 mos now). Of the two that were removed, one probably would have fallen out on it's own eventually, but one had an extremely long root and the tooth would have caused a ton of problems had it remained in the mouth.

Check them out and if you find that none are loose, I'd have the vet give them a check and see what he says. Infection would be your biggest worry and if they stay in for an extremely long time, they could affect the allignment of her permanent teeth.
