yes, you should be worried. She is too young. puppies do sleep a lot but at this age you need to be concerned with hypoglycemia. You need to get a tube of nutracal from the vet or a pet store and give her a fingertip of it a couple of times a day and see if that will wake her up. that is a symphtom of hypoglycemia. She has to drink water. Get some pedialyte at the grocery or in the baby section at walmart and a medicine syringe and give her a dose every couple of hours until she starts to drink. the best advice is to take her to the vet right away.. You are going to need help with her and he will tell you what to do. I had to give my older gal, Silk, water with a syringe for two or three days when i first got her. She refused to drink at all. Please, please get this little one to the vet.
