Higgins has always had a rather thin coat. And he has ALWAYS looks messy.
We keep it somewhat short so we don't have to brush it a whole lot -- he hates being brushed and groomed. And since he is all boy and a little dickens, we think it's okay for him to look like that. Shoulda named him "Scruffy." :rolleyes |
