No worries, dogs can get a second set of canines if their baby ones don't fall out before hand. My little Coco had 2 sets of canines on the top. A little tug of war and lots of hard food and treats did the trick and within 2-3 months, the baby canines finally fell out
It just takes some time. Don't put more stress on your baby by having them pulled. Just let her bite into apples, lots of buddha bones, and tug of war with toys. It works, don't worry they will fall out before you know it. What I also did was every night I took a warm wash cloth and put it on her tooth and played around with it. Not much pressure, not to hurt her, just to nudge it a bit. Coco actually liked it. She was almost 1 year when her last set of canines fell.
