The breeder needs to provide the sale information to CKC. Meaning she registered the litter, then supplies them with the buyer (you) information. Once she completes that, then you will be able to register your pup.
Btw, for travel purposes you only need the vaccination records.
Just email her and say you'd like to register your pup. Ask if she's completed her side of the information.
