Mikey, you seem to have an excellent instinct and I think all the prospective parents would totally trust you to choose who YOU believe would be the best parents for this little fella. Did that make sense?lol
Words alone can't express how amazing a human being I think you are. You totally should choose a career working with animals, Mikey. I believe it is your calling!! Have you ever considered becoming a vet tech or something like that?
Best of luck finding a home for Jake. I know you will find the perfect, loving home for him. This poor little guy needs lots of affection and attention to make up for all of the time he spent out of doors...I have no words for those people who left him outside...no nice ones anyway!!
