oh you poor thing! Here you are a nervous wreck about Reese's surgery and they just add to your stress! I'm so sorry that happened to you. At least you will have the satisfaction of shoving the appointment card into their faces when you get back there! You get the last laugh, just keep telling yourself that! And besides, they are such idiots that they probably would have treated your mother the same way, so don't think it's just because you are a young person.
