He is cute! I think that if you have expereince in raising yorkies and he is doing fine on eating solid food then it should be okay to take him home with you. I know alot of people say to wait until 12wks. I think that in certain situations that it would be okay before then. I let some of my pups go at 9wks when they got their 2nd set of shots. Congrats on the new puppy!
