... still here...haven't gotten blown away yet
...apparently their is a mandatory evacuation for this island...but the fire chief said when he found out about it .. it was too late to safely evacuate everyone
and we had to hear this on the weather channel...after dark...and i wasn't going to cross that bridge after dark!! the leasing company told me today they would notify everyone if they call for a mandatory evacuation...but apparetly that was only if it happened before 5
when you read this on Tuesday check the map for Franklin county Fl (st george island) to make sure we are still here!!! Both the weather channel and cnn are broadcasting a few blocks down from us!!
BUT...I'm still going to have fun on my vacation dang it!! A tropical storm is better than being at work
if we still have power...I'll check in tomorrow am!
