 Herding instinct
I haven't read the other thread on this, but it sounds like it's your dog's herding instinct. Yes, yorkies have that instinct too. I know they do because we raise Quarter Horses and Texas Longhorn cattle, and our little yorkie would try to herd the animals with our border collies. We would always call her right back though. It's not safe to have your yorkie around horses, or any other animal that large. Horses kick and stomp and that would easily kill a yorkie. Anyway, there's my two cents! |
