I was referred by a friend and actually have received 2 of my cards. You write a recommendation for local businesses on an internet yellow pages and for every 5 you write you get a free $5 Starbucks card - you can get up to 4 cards. I haven't had an increase in SPAM from this and I LOVE free Starbucks!
