Topher ended up having two pulled when he was being neutered and the vet said that there was one for sure that wouldn't have fallen out on it's own...it's root was almost two inches long! She said that she's never seen a root that long in a baby tooth before and that it would have caused a ton of problems if not pulled.
Too bad she has to go through the anaesthetic again, but it will all go well. I'm sure she'll feel much better with more room in her little mouth!
