Speaking of peaches, another one of my fav's since I have my recipe book here..

Peaches and cream cake.

1 1/2 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 -3 oz instant pudding (vanilla)
6- tbsp. soft butter
1 Cup milk
2 eggs
Mix all ingredients and spread in greased 9x13 pan

Drain 2 -15 oz can sliced peaches in heavy syrup (save syrup) pour peaches on cake.
Take 6 tablespoons juice , 1 cup sugar , 2-8oz cr cheese, and beat, pour mixture over peaches , keep 1" from the edge.
Mix 2 tbls sugar, 1 tbls cinnamon, sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes , don't overbake, best when warm.

mg you guys have to stop with the receipes! I'm on WW ya know and have 20 more lbs. to lose before my inlaws get her from Alabama in August. You guys are killing me over here.
