I don't know if it was the same in your case but I will say that when Reagan was spayed I asked for them to pull her baby teeth. Really all I saw was a couple right up front that was really wiggly anyway he pulled those without a problem but said that the rest really did need to wait. It was too early to pull the rest. She didn't have any problems with the rest coming out since then but I was just saying that he did say that some teeth just weren't ready to come out, so that may have been the case with yours too. If not I would definately be irritated that she is having to be put under again not to mention you're going to have to pay for her to be put under.
