No actually they need to come out as soon as possible. Her mouth isn't big enough for all those teeth. After this diagnosis, I went to 2 additional vets for a second and third opinion and they all said the same thing. She may even need some adult teeth pulled. That's why I'm having a dental specialist do this instead of a regular vet. If she actually does need any adult teeth removed, he will decide which one(s) will be pulled.
