I had a white toy poodle for 8 yrs before I got Sophie. She was very loyal and protective of me. I don't know if all poodles are this way but she didn't care if anyone else was in the world as long as she was with me. She had heart problems in her old age and was on medication for about a year before we lost her. She was a great companion. I still miss her.
