I'll be more than willing to pay somebodys gas money and extra for the time and trouble if they can get him to you!
When I bought Bitsy she was filthy and she stunk to high heaven, her hair had come out in places and she had some spots that were literally bald (her previous owner said it was because she had just finished nursing a litter of pups), and she was VERy withdrawn. When I got her home, I bathed her and cut off the matted up mess ALL OVER her hair, some as big as golf balls, bathed her with lots of LOVE AND ATTENTION, THEN I took her to the groomers! A week later she looked and acted like a TOTALLY different dog! Its' amazing what alittle TLC can do for their looks AND thier personality!!!!!! Today she is healthy and has pretty silky hair but you'd have not believed that if you had seen her when I got her. She was a definite diamond in the rough
I tried to stay in touch with her previous owners and send pics and even offered to take Bitsy over there so they could see how good she was doing but they didn't give a flip! Thier loss and boy was it a big one! She means the world to me!
