 Rocky has not ate in two days!!!!!
Rocky has not ate his food in two days. I just recently switched him to Nutro Ultra from Nutro Natural Choice Lamb & Rice. He has be gobbling up the Ultra. I took him to my mom's in Houston this weekend. He at breakfast before we left, but he did not eat his dinner or Sunday's breakfast at my mom's. I just thougth maybe he was just to excited, since my mom has two dogs and huge back yard for him to play in. Well, we got back last night he did not eat his dinner, and he did not eat his breakfast this morning either. But he will eat his treat if you give him one, little stinker. I called the vet this morning they said don't give any treats and to leave his food out today to see if he will eat. They said that if I give him treats then he will start thinking it is okay not to eat his food, which made since to me. The vets also said the heat could be effecting him. They also advised if he did not eat his food today to fix him chicken/rice or hamburger/rice for dinner and to bring him in the morning for an exam. I am so worred about him is only weighs 5 pounds and he is only 10 months old. What do ya'll think? |
