Out of my four, only one does not get car sick. I've tried everything from letting them look out the window, to taxi on the floor to holding them on my lap, (scary because it's just not safe). They usually only get sick one time and then they are fine. I was amazed that when we went to the Indiana meet-up, none of them got sick on the way there or back and it was an hour drive one way. I think mine do better on the highway, it's the bumpy county roads that get to them.
