since there is nothing in the records about a collapsing trach they should cover any required treatment for it if she should need it. as long as you get insurance before the vet discovers it or any other signs that point toward it. If the insurance company sees something in the records about possible throat problems they might associate it with a collapsing trach and not cover treatment
