Yes email becomes very tiring after 170 email inquiries a day. I suppose you can only send out a single reply to all the emails. That reply email touches on the basic answers to the basic questions to weed the serious inquires from the non serious ones. How else can you manage it?
I apologize that you were lost in the masses. It may seem like your questions were only partially answered, yet not because it was our intent to do so.
We do have some great puppies, local references and we are very happy to answer all the questions you may have by telephone. As email is not the best tool. |
