Depending on the finish that is on the wood you could use Murphy's Oil Soap...this is good to wash cabinets and stuff like that if it is really dirty. If the wood is dry, you might want to use Scott's Liquid Gold. It is oily and will restore the wood to a beautiful shiny finish. If you have a Lowe's or Home Depot I would go there and ask someone in that department what to use. Those guys are up to date on products and what is good for them. If you don't have either of those, check with a furniture store for suggestions. Good luck! I love it when I get a good deal like that!!!
