That should be worth a headline! Yorkie bites horse!

Just curious: where did your Yorkie bite the horse (anatomically?) And how did he get close enough to do that? I know quiet a bit about horses and would NEVER allow my Yorkie to get that close. You are lucky your furbaby survived that. One of my horses once killed a German Shepperd that tried to bite her and the horse was a very, very gentle soul and my daughter (5 at that time) used to ride her. A horse can be the nicest, calmest, most patient one but their instincts will always kick in in a situation like that. At first: flee, if not possible: defend.
