I think this is a serious thing that has to be taken care of. I still cannot believe how the 5 lb yorkie would bite a horse, but I guess anything can happen. I would be more concerned about her behavior than putting muzzle on her.

Dog training must I think... Maybe you can watch Dog Whisperer... to see some ideas too.

I sometimes train my friend's pitball... he is aggreesive type.. and I cannot even imagine him biting a horse.. Hmmm. With one or two lessons, he is much more calmer..but consistency is really important. I am not a professional trainer.. but that is my 2 cents. Feeling bad for your yorkie.. might not help you to calm him down. Giving him an approriate training is important and that would make him a happy dog..
