Default moes the same

Moe has the same it stays wet/ crispy from his tear ducts den as you say.I asked our vet about it and he said it was his tear ducts, that we could have a surgery to clear them, I choose not to asI wouldnt want him to have an extra surgery that could be a risk.If we do end up getting him fixed, then they can do it then.
