Hi and thanks for your questions! His is a grade 2, easily popped in and out, but doesn't require surgery at this time because it doesn't bother him. He doesn't show any symptoms other than an occasional limp, but the vet says since he has it now, we shouldn't breed him any more cause it is genetic. There is no shipping on our yorkies! Thanks again!
